These terms are between you and Zapps A/R.

Price

Trial. 14 days free. No card is taken to start.

$50 a month. Up to 50 customers with an open invoice.

$99 a month. Up to 200 customers with an open invoice.

$149 a month. No limit on customers with an open invoice.

Everyone who collects for that company is included. A second company is its own bill.

How the price is chosen. A customer counts when an invoice still has a balance. We use the highest count from the month before. That price is set on the 1st and stays for the month.

First charge. The card is charged only if you subscribe. If you subscribe while the trial still has two days left, nothing is charged until the trial ends. That charge is the monthly price, and it repeats on that day. If the trial is already over, or ends within two days, the first charge is the full monthly price that day, and it renews on that day each month.

Canceling

While the trial is on, open Admin, then Billing, then Subscribe. After you are subscribed, open Admin, then Billing, then Manage billing to cancel. Manage billing opens Stripe, where the charge is stopped. A month that has already started is not refunded. The notes stay until you ask for the account to be removed.

Your books

QuickBooks stays yours. Zapps reads the open invoices and keeps the call notes. It does not change the company file. You are responsible for who you invite onto the company.

The service

Zapps A/R is a list and a record of the work. It is not legal, tax, or collection advice, and it is not a promise that a customer will pay. We will try to keep the service available. We are not liable for lost profits or for a QuickBooks file we cannot reach.
